6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to Medicaid; directing the Oklahoma
Health Care Authority to amend the 1915(c) waiver;
8 directing for expansion in postsecondary support for
the Home and Community-Based Services waiver;
9 providing for codification; and providing an
effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4011 of Title 56, unless there
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall amend the 1915(c)
17 waiver with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to expand
18 coverage for postsecondary support for Home and Community-Based
19 Services waivers.
20 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
