6                             AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to counties and county officers;

    repealing 19 O.S. 2021, Section 36, which relates to

8   change in watercourse bounding counties and changing

    taxable situs of property; and providing an effective

9   date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.      REPEALER  19 O.S. 2021, Section 36, is hereby

14 repealed.

15  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
