6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to counties and county officers;
making an appropriation; identifying source;
8 establishing amount; providing purpose; requiring and
limiting the utilization of funds; and providing for
9 noncodification.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
13 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
14 There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Department of
15 Transportation from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
16 General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
17 ending June 30, 2027, the sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00)
18 for the purpose of making a one-time, equal disbursement to all
19 Oklahoma counties, who shall purchase public safety and traffic
20 barrier equipment with monies received. Counties may not use funds
21 provided under this act for any purpose inconsistent with public
22 safety.
