6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to the school resource officer
program; making appropriation to the School Security
8 Revolving Fund; stating amount; stating purpose;
providing an effective date; and declaring an
9 emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the School Security
14 Revolving Fund as created by Section 5-148.2 of Title 70 of the
15 Oklahoma Statutes from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
16 the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
17 ending June 30, 2027, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars
18 ($150,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
19 implement the provisions of Section 5-148.1 of Title 70 of the
20 Oklahoma Statutes.
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2026.
22 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
23 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
24
1 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
2 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
