7   An Act relating to revenue and taxation; repealing 68

    O.S. 2021, Section 2809; and providing an effective

8   date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.       REPEALER  68 O.S. 2021, Section 2809, is

14 hereby repealed.

15  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective January 1, 2027.
