7 An Act relating to liens, creating lien for certain
individuals on manufactured home; requiring absence
8 of agreement between certain persons; providing for
enforcement of lien; providing for codification; and
9 providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 97.1 of Title 42, unless there
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
17 In the absence of any other agreement between the real property
18 owner and the owner of a manufactured home, any person, firm, or
19 corporation who allows an individual to use or occupy real property
20 in order to utilize a manufactured home shall have a lien for the
21 fair rental value with respect to such manufactured home if the
22 owner of the manufactured home does not exercise ownership or
23 control of the manufactured home for one hundred twenty (120) days

1 or more. The lien authorized by this act may be enforced in the
2 same manner as liens created by Section 97 of this title.
3 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
