7 An Act relating to Medicaid; amending 63 O.S. 2021,
Section 3277, which relates to eligibility criteria
8 and standards for Medicaid recipients; updating
language; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 3277, is
14 amended to read as follows:
15 Section 3277. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall continue
16 to determine eligibility criteria requirements and standards for
17 Medicaid recipients.
18 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
