6                            AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to veterans; requiring one hundred

    percent disability benefits to meet qualifications

8   established by federal law; providing for

    codification; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 500 of Title 72, unless there is

14 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

15  Any state benefits available to one-hundred-percent disabled

16 veterans shall meet the benefit qualifications provided under 38

17 U.S.C., Section 1151.

18  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
