6                              AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to professions and occupations;

    repealing 59 O.S. 2021, Section 396.24, which relates

8   to violations and penalties under the Funeral

    Services Licensing Act; and providing an effective

9   date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.       REPEALER  59 O.S. 2021, Section 396.24, is

14 hereby repealed.

15  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
