6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating agriculture; repealing 2 O.S. 2021,
Sections 2-18, as amended by Section 608, Chapter
8 486, O.S.L. 2025, 2A-28, and 20-8 (2 O.S. Supp. 2025,
Section 2-18), which relate to the Department of
9 Agriculture Food and Forestry administrative law
judges; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. REPEALER 2 O.S. 2021, Section 2-18, as
14 amended by Section 608, Chapter 486, O.S.L. 2025 (2 O.S. Supp. 2025,
15 Section 2-18), is hereby repealed.
16 SECTION 2. REPEALER 2 O.S. 2021, Section 2A-28, is
17 hereby repealed.
18 SECTION 3. REPEALER 2 O.S. 2021, Section 20-8, is hereby
19 repealed.
20 SECTION 4. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
