6                              AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to courts; repealing 20 O.S. 2021,

    Sections 23, 24, and 91.8, which relate to the

8   authorization of courts to make rules; and providing

    an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12  SECTION 1.      REPEALER   20 O.S. 2021, Sections 23, 24, and

13 91.8, are hereby repealed.

14  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
