7 An Act relating to blood bank; creating a COVID-19
blood bank; providing for promulgation of rules;
8 providing for codification; and providing an
effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7350 of Title 63, unless there
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 The Oklahoma State Department of Health shall promulgate rules
17 for the establishment of a COVID-19 Blood Bank. The COVID-19 Blood
18 Bank shall only receive and store unvaccinated blood untainted from
19 the COVID-19 shots.
20 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2026.
