6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to veterans; imposing requirements on
executive governmental entities to provide
8 information related to certain donations; providing
for apportionment or deposit of amounts donated;
9 requiring government websites to provide information
related to certain donations; providing for
10 codification; providing an effective date; and
declaring an emergency.

14 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
15 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
16 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7201 of Title 74, unless there
17 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
18 A. Each state agency, board, commission, department or other
19 entity organized within the executive department shall include on
20 any of its forms as described by subsection B of this section a
21 conspicuous check box or similar method in order to allow a person
22 making payment to such governmental entity to make a donation to the
23 Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs Revolving Fund.

1 B. The provisions of this section shall include, but shall not
2 be limited to:
3 1. Driver license applications;
4 2. Motor vehicle registrations and renewals;
5 3. Fishing and hunting licenses applications;
6 4. Income tax forms; and
7 5. Any other transaction during which an executive agency
8 issues a license or utilizes a form that could contain the
9 information prescribed by subsection A of this section.
10 C. If payment for any item or service described in this section
11 can be made through a website owned or maintained on behalf of the
12 governmental entity, the website shall have a conspicuous area which
13 clearly indicates that the payor may utilize the website to make a
14 donation to the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs Revolving
15 Fund.
16 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2026.
17 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
18 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
19 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
20 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
