6                            AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to medical marijuana; requiring the

    display of certain signage in dispensaries and

8   businesses; providing contents and requirements of

    sign; requiring owners pay cost of signs; providing

9   for codification; and providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

14  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 427.30 of Title 63, unless there

16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

17  A. Every medical marijuana dispensary or any place medical

18 marijuana or tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products are sold shall post

19 and display at all times a printed sign, with a minimum height of

20 eight and one-half (8 1/2) inches and a minimum width of eleven (11)

21 inches with a font size of no less than 72 points for the text, near

22 the cash register or place of checkout and at least two other highly

23 visible places in the store, which shall read as follows:

1   WARNING: INGESTING THC PRODUCTS WHILE PREGNANT IS NOT HEALTHY

2 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN UNBORN CHILD.

3   B. The signage shall be produced at the expense of the owner of

4 the business establishment.

5   SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
