7 AS INTRODUCED
8 An Act relating to Medicaid; directing the Oklahoma
Health Care Authority to expand coverage for Medicaid
9 services or programs; providing for codification;
providing an effective date; and declaring an
10 emergency.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4020 of Title 56, unless there
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
17 The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall expand Medicaid
18 coverage for Medicaid services or programs for in-home physical
19 therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to ninety-six
20 percent (96%) of what Medicare coverage pays.
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
22 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
23 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby

1 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
2 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
