7 An Act relating to appropriations and budget;
reappropriating funds to the Department of Commerce;
8 providing reference; restating amount and purpose;
providing for certain adjustments under certain
9 conditions; providing for noncodification; and
declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
14 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
15 REAPPROPRIATION: The amount of Twenty Million Dollars
16 ($20,000,000.00) originally appropriated by Section 3 of Enrolled
17 House Bill No. 1019 of the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the 58th
18 Oklahoma Legislature, to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce from
19 the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund of the State Treasury
20 created by Section 256 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the
21 purpose to construct needed facility upgrades, such as fairground
22 arena connectors, electrical infrastructure, and facilities
23 associated with livestock events at a location where statewide
24 events commonly referred to as a "state fair" occurs in the central

1 region of the state, is hereby continued and reappropriated in the
2 current amount and for the original purpose, as adjusted for
3 transfer, less any amount that has been expended upon the effective
4 date of this act.
5 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
6 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
7 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
8 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
