6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to appropriations; appropriating
money to the Office of the Attorney General;
8 providing amount; providing purpose; providing
effective date; and declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the
14 Attorney General from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
15 General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
16 ending June 30, 2026, the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
17 ($200,00.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to facilitate
18 the operation of the National Child Identification Program through
19 the Human Trafficking Response Unit for the kindergarten class of
20 the 2025-2026 school year.
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
22 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
23 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby

1 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
2 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
