6                               AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to nuisance; amending 50 O.S. 2021,

    Section 21, which relates to certain unlawful acts;

8   modifying provisions related to actions resulting in

    certain felony convictions; providing for certain

9   unlawful acts as nuisance; and providing an effective

    date.

14 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

15  SECTION 1.      AMENDATORY  50 O.S. 2021, Section 21, is

16 amended to read as follows:

17  Section 21. The repeated use of any real property or structure

18 thereon to commit unlawful drug distribution, prostitution, or human

19 and/or sex trafficking acts which result in a felony conviction

20 under the Oklahoma Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act may

21 shall constitute a public nuisance.

22  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
