6                            AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to presidential rights; declaring,

    enacting, and confirming that present and past

8   presidents of the United States are vested with

    voting rights in the State of Oklahoma; granting

9   present and past presidents of the United States the

    right to possess and carry firearms or weapons in the

10  State of Oklahoma; providing for codification; and

    providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

14  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2201 of Title 25, unless there

16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

17  A. In recognition that President Donald J. Trump, as both the

18 45th and 47th President of the United States, has been wronged by

19 the actions of another state for political purposes to denigrate his

20 rights, we do hereby declare, enact, and confirm that,

21 notwithstanding any other provision of law, present or past

22 presidents of the United States, regardless of actions by other

23 states, are vested always with the right to register to vote and

24 cast a ballot in federal, state, county, or municipal elections in

1 the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to 4-101 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma

2 Statutes.

3   B. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a president or

4 former president of the United States shall have the right to

5 possess any firearm or other weapon and the right to carry a

6 handgun, concealed or unconcealed, pursuant to the provisions of the

7 Oklahoma Self-Defense Act, or as otherwise permitted by law. In

8 addition, the person shall be immune from and not subject to

9 criminal prosecution for any alleged violation of subsection A of

10 Section 1283 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

11  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
