6 An Act relating to motor vehicles; amending 47 O.S.
2021, Section 1-181, which relates to the definition
7 of transporter; modifying definition; and providing
an effective date.

10 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
11 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1-181, is
12 amended to read as follows:
13 Section 1-181. Transporter.
14 Every person engaged in the business of delivering vehicles of a
15 type required to be registered hereunder from a manufacturing,
16 assembling or distributing plant to dealers or sales agents of a
17 manufacturer or from the place of business of a dealer, sales agent
18 or auto auction to a place of business of the same or another
19 dealer, sales agent or auto auction, or while engaged in the
20 business of delivering vehicles to a salvage pool operated in
21 accordance with Section 591.11 of this title.
22 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
