6                             AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to utilities; repealing 17 O.S. 2021,

    Section 287, which relates to wind energy

8   development; repealing 17 O.S. 2021, Section 294,

    which relates to the Southwest Power Pool report; and

9   providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

14  SECTION 1.      REPEALER  17 O.S. 2021, Sections 287 and 294,

15 are hereby repealed.

16  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
