6                             AS INTRODUCED

7   An Act relating to banks and trust companies;

    repealing 6 O.S. 2021, Section 1621; and providing an

8   effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12  SECTION 1.      REPEALER  6 O.S. 2021, Section 1621, is hereby

13 repealed.

14  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
