7   An Act relating to toll booth fines; repealing 21

    O.S. 2021, Section 1755, which relates to injury to

8   toll house or turnpike gate; repealing 47 O.S. 2021,

    Section 11-806.2, which relates to exceeding speed

9   limit in toll booth zone; and providing an effective

    date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.       REPEALER  21 O.S. 2021, Section 1755, is

14 hereby repealed.

15  SECTION 2.       REPEALER  47 O.S. 2021, Section 11-806.2, is

16 hereby repealed.

17  SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
