7 An Act relating to medical marijuana; prohibiting
pregnant women from using marijuana; defining term;
8 providing for codification; and providing an
effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 427.30 of Title 63, unless there
15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 It shall be unlawful for a pregnant woman who has been issued a
17 medical marijuana patient license to intentionally use marijuana
18 while she is knowingly pregnant. "Marijuana" shall have the same
19 meaning as such term is defined in Section 2-101 of Title 63 of the
20 Oklahoma Statutes.
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
