6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to conveyances; amending 16 O.S.
2021, Section 93, which relates to the manner of
8 execution by a corporation; providing that a chief
executive officer and a chief financial officer may
9 sign for a corporation; and providing an effective
date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 16 O.S. 2021, Section 93, is
14 amended to read as follows:
15 Section 93. Every deed or other instrument affecting real
16 estate made by a corporation must have the name of such corporation
17 subscribed thereto either by an attorney-in-fact, chief executive
18 officer, chief financial officer, president, vice-president,
19 chairman or vice-chairman of the board of directors of such
20 corporation.
21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
