7          An Act relating to the Corporation Commission;

           requiring preparation and submission of certain

8          annual report; detailing contents of annual report;

           requiring submission of report by certain date each

9          year; providing for codification; and providing an

           effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW      A new section of law to be codified

14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 180.14 of Title 17, unless there

15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16  The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is hereby required to

17 prepare and submit an annual report detailing all activities and

18 actions undertaken by any representative of the Commission in

19 dealings with the Southwest Power Pool. The report shall include,

20 but shall not be limited to:

21  1. A detailed account of all trips taken by Commission

22 representatives in connection with matters involving the Southwest

23 Power Pool, including the purpose, location, and costs of such

24 trips;

1   2. A record of all meetings attended by Commission

2 representatives with the Southwest Power Pool or its

3 representatives, including dates, locations, and subject matters

4 discussed; and

5   3. A comprehensive summary of all votes taken by Commission

6 representatives on matters related to the Southwest Power Pool,

7 including the nature and outcomes of such votes.

8   The report shall cover all relevant activities undertaken during

9 the preceding calendar year and shall be completed and submitted no

10 later than January 31 of each year to the Speaker of the Oklahoma

11 House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the

12 Oklahoma State Senate.

13  SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
