6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to the Department of Human Services;
defining term; directing the Department to carry out
8 certain task; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
12 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 151 of Title 56, unless there is
14 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
15 A. For purposes of this section, "sensitive compartmented
16 information facility" means an area, room, group of rooms, or
17 installation where confidential information may be viewed, stored,
18 used, discussed, or electronically processed and where procedural
19 and physical measures prevent the free access of persons unless such
20 persons are authorized by the Department of Human Services to access
21 such facility.
22 B. The Department of Human Services shall direct, manage, and
23 oversee the building and maintenance of a sensitive compartmented
24 information facility.
