7   An Act relating to liens, creating lien for certain

    individuals on manufactured home; requiring absence

8   of agreement between certain persons; providing for

    enforcement of lien; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13  SECTION 1.      NEW LAW  A new section of law to be codified

14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 97.1 of Title 42, unless there

15 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

16  In the absence of any other agreement between the real property

17 owner and the owner of a manufactured home, any person, firm, or

18 corporation who allows an individual to use or occupy real property

19 in order to utilize a manufactured home shall have a lien for the

20 fair rental value with respect to such manufactured home if the

21 owner of the manufactured home does not exercise ownership or

22 control of the manufactured home for thirty (30) days or more. The

23 lien authorized by this act may be enforced in the same manner as

24 liens created by Section 97 of this title.
