BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
4
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.468 of Title 69, unless
5
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6
The bridge on State Highway 3 crossing over Leader Creek O'Flow
7
in Coal County shall be designated as the "Eldon Hogue Memorial
8
Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
9
permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.

SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
11
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.469 of Title 69, unless
12
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
13
The bridge on U.S. Highway 183 crossing over Interstate 40 in
14
Custer County shall be designated as the "Gary Don Rayner, PLS
15
Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause
16
suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
17
bridge.

SECTION 3. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
19
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.470 of Title 69, unless
20
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

The bridge on U.S. Highway 183 crossing the railroad tracks on
22
the north side of Clinton in Custer County shall be designated as
23
the "Representative James E. Covey Bridge". The Department of
24

1 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
2 name to be placed on the bridge.
3 SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
4 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.471 of Title 69, unless
5 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6 The bridge on State Highway 2 north of Eubanks crossing over the
7 Kiamichi River in Pushmataha County shall be designated as the
8 "Harvey Bollinger Sr. Memorial Bridge". The Department of
9 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
10 name to be placed on the bridge.
11 SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.472 of Title 69, unless
13 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14 The section of U.S. Highway 271 beginning at the intersection of
15 East 1900 Road extending northeasterly to the intersection of East
16 1880 Road in Pushmataha County shall be designated as the "Trooper
17 Bob Impson Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation
18 shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be
19 placed on the highway.
20 SECTION 6. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
21 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.473 of Title 69, unless
22 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
23 The section of State Highway 16 beginning at the railroad bridge
24 in Beggs extending east two (2) miles in Okmulgee County shall be

1 designated as the "Dawson Sumner Memorial Highway". The Department
2 of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing
3 that name to be placed on the highway.
4 SECTION 7. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.474 of Title 69, unless
6 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7 The section of U.S. Highway 59 on the southeast side of Howe
8 beginning at the intersection of Old U.S. Highway 59 extending north
9 to North Railroad Street in LeFlore County shall be designated as
10 the "SFC Brandon O. Poynter Memorial Highway". The Department of
11 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
12 name to be placed on the highway.
13 SECTION 8. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.475 of Title 69, unless
15 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 The bridge on State Highway 99 north of Oilton crossing over the
17 Cimarron River in Creek County shall be designated as the "Joe
18 Collins Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall
19 cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on
20 the bridge.
21 SECTION 9. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
22 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.476 of Title 69, unless
23 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

1 The bridge over Polecat Creek on State Highway 101 near Nicut in
2 Sequoyah County shall be designated as the "Shilah Carrillo Memorial
3 Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
4 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
5 SECTION 10. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
6 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.477 of Title 69, unless
7 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8 The flyover bridge on South 9th Avenue over U.S. Highway 69 in
9 the town of Calera in Bryan County shall be designated as the "PFC
10 David P. Manners Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation
11 shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be
12 placed on the bridge.
13 SECTION 11. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.478 of Title 69, unless
15 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
16 The bridge on U.S. Highway 69 over East Main Street in the town
17 of Calera in Bryan County shall be designated as the "LCPL John C.
18 Reevs Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall
19 cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on
20 the bridge.
21 SECTION 12. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
22 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.479 of Title 69, unless
23 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

1 The section of State Highway 5 west of Temple beginning at the
2 intersection of N2620 road extending east to the intersection of
3 N2640 road in Cotton County shall be designated as the "Will Hardin
4 Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause
5 suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
6 highway.
7 SECTION 13. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
8 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.480 of Title 69, unless
9 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
10 The section of State Highway 95 beginning at Four Corners and
11 extending north for two (2) miles in Texas County shall be
12 designated as the "Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley Memorial
13 Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
14 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
15 SECTION 14. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
16 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.481 of Title 69, unless
17 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
18 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of U.S.
19 Highway 59 beginning one-tenth (1/10) of a mile north of Leisure
20 Lane extending northwesterly to the intersection of S 590 Road on
21 the northwest side of Grove in Ottawa County shall be designated as
22 "The Honorable Rick Littlefield Memorial Highway". The Department
23 of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing
24 that name to be placed on the highway.

1 SECTION 15. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
2 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.482 of Title 69, unless
3 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
4 The section of State Highway 11 in Avant beginning at the
5 intersection of Old State Highway 11 extending southeasterly two (2)
6 miles in Osage County shall be designated as the "Don and Shirley
7 Staires Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall
8 cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on
9 the highway.
10 SECTION 16. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
11 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.483 of Title 69, unless
12 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
13 The section of U.S. Highway 266 beginning at the intersection of
14 South 4230 Road extending east to the intersection of South 4250
15 Road east of Checotah in McIntosh County shall be designated as the
16 "COP Andy Blizzard and ACOP Justin Durrett Memorial Highway". The
17 Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers
18 bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
19 SECTION 17. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
20 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.484 of Title 69, unless
21 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
22 The section of U.S. Highway 69 in Calera beginning at Hop's
23 Crossing extending north one and one-half (1 1/2) miles in Bryan
24 County shall be designated as the "Senator Roy A. Boatner Memorial

1 Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
2 permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
3 SECTION 18. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
4 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.485 of Title 69, unless
5 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6 The bridge on State Highway 7 crossing over Guy Sandy Creek in
7 Murray County shall be designated as the "Monte Duane King, PLS
8 Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause
9 suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
10 bridge.
11 SECTION 19. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
12 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.486 of Title 69, unless
13 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14 The section of U.S. Highway 59 in Poteau beginning east of the
15 Cavanal Scenic Expressway and U.S. Highway 59 interchange extending
16 northeasterly to Beeler Street in Leflore County shall be designated
17 as the "Mayor Jeff Shockley Memorial Highway". The Department of
18 Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
19 name to be placed on the highway.
20 SECTION 20. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
21 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.487 of Title 69, unless
22 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
23 The bridge on U.S. Highway 177 crossing over Black Bear Creek
24 approximately two (2) miles north of U.S. Highway 64 in Noble County

1 shall be designated as the "Brooks Mittasch Memorial Bridge". The
2 Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers
3 bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
4 SECTION 21. AMENDATORY Section 15, Chapter 237, O.S.L.
5 2023 (69 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1698.412), is amended to read as
6 follows:
7 Section 1698.412. The section of State Highway 18 beginning at
8 Black Bear Creek on the north edge of Pawnee extending north to the
9 intersection of State Highway 15 shall be designated as the "CDR
10 Ernest "Chief" Evans, First Tribal Recipient of the Medal of Honor,
11 Recipient Memorial Trail". The Department of Transportation shall
12 cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on
13 the highway.
14 SECTION 22. AMENDATORY Section 3, Chapter 352, O.S.L.
15 2023 (69 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1698.429), is amended to read as
16 follows:
17 Section 1698.429. The bridge crossing over State Highway 102
18 North on Interstate 40 on State Highway 102 South in Pottawatomie
19 County shall be designated as "The Honorable Leonard Earl Sullivan
20 Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause
21 suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
22 SECTION 23. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
