6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to the State Department of Health;
making appropriations; establishing amounts and
8 purposes; referencing certain definition; providing
for noncodification; providing an effective date; and
9 declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
14 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
15 There is hereby appropriated to the State Department of Health
16 from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue
17 Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026,
18 the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00)
19 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of
20 administering a public information campaign regarding diabetes care
21 and free or reduced diabetes supplies.
22 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
23 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

1 There is hereby appropriated to the State Department of Health
2 from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue
3 Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026,
4 the sum of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-two
5 Dollars ($340,222.00) to be administered to federally qualified
6 health centers as such term is defined pursuant to Section 1-747.2
7 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
8 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2025.
9 SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
10 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
11 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
12 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
