6 AS INTRODUCED
7 An Act relating to schools; prohibiting certain
students from participating in school curriculum or
8 activities; requiring the student's parent or
guardian to pick the student up from school;
9 providing for removal of the student by animal
control services; providing for codification; and
10 providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 11-301 of Title 70, unless there
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
17 Students who purport to be an imaginary animal or animal
18 species, or who engage in anthropomorphic behavior commonly referred
19 to as furries at school shall not be allowed to participate in
20 school curriculum or activities. The parent or guardian of a
21 student in violation of this section shall pick the student up from
22 the school, or animal control services shall be contacted to remove
23 the student.

1 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
