7 An Act relating to agriculture; authorizing
advertisement of certain products; amending 2 O.S.
8 2021, Section 7-414, which relates to the Oklahoma
Milk and Milk Products Act; adding donkey milk to
9 certain exceptions; modifying construing provisions;
providing for codification; and providing an
10 effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 7-422 of Title 2, unless there
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
17 Any person who engages in the on-farm sale of donkey milk may
18 advertise such donkey milk.
19 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 2 O.S. 2021, Section 7-414, is
20 amended to read as follows:
21 Section 7-414. A. The provisions of the Oklahoma Milk and Milk
22 Products Act shall not be construed to:
23 1. Include incidental sales of raw milk directly to consumers
24 at the farm where the milk is produced; or

1 2. Preclude the advertising of the incidental sale of goat milk
2 or donkey milk; and
3 3. Prohibit any farmer or producer from making cheese using
4 milk or cream produced on the farm of such farmer or producer.
5 B. For purposes of this section, incidental sales of goat milk
6 or donkey milk are those sales where the average monthly number of
7 gallons sold does not exceed one hundred (100).
8 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
