VETO MESSAGE - No. 115 TO THE SENATE: I am returning herewith, without my approval, the following bill: Senate Bill Number 7785, entitled: "AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to bus operation-related traffic regulations" NOT APPROVED This bill modifies the definition of "bus operation-related traffic regulations" to exclude from those regulations no-standing rule violations in a bus stop occurring on a roadway in Cooperative (Co-op) City in the Bronx. This modification would carve out such regulations from those authorized to be enforced via automated cameras by the City of New York and the New York City Transit Authority (NYCT). Co-op City is a unique area of New York City featuring a series of vehicle lane loops.
