Increases the period of supervision to five years for real estate brokers applying for a license.

VETO MESSAGE - No. 30 TO THE SENATE: I am returning herewith, without my approval, the following bill: Senate Bill Number 5426, entitled: "AN ACT to amend the real property law, in relation to increasing the period of supervision required for certain real estate license applications" NOT APPROVED This bill would increase the amount of time licensed real estate salespersons seeking to become licensed real estate brokers must be supervised by a broker from two years to five consecutive years.
