   on  Corporations, Authorities and Commissions -- reported and referred
   to the Committee on Ways and Means -- reported  and  referred  to  the
   Committee  on  Rules -- ordered to a third reading, passed by Assembly
   and delivered to the Senate, recalled from the Senate, vote  reconsid-
   ered,  bill  amended,  ordered  reprinted,  retaining its place on the
   special order of third reading
 
 AN ACT to amend part P of chapter 39 of the laws of 2019,  amending  the
   public  authorities law relating to the acquisition and disposition of
   real property, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  2  of  part P of chapter 39 of the laws of 2019,
 amending the public authorities law  relating  to  the  acquisition  and
 disposition  of  real property, as amended by chapter 278 of the laws of
 2022, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided that section one
 of this act shall be deemed repealed [six  years  after  such  effective
 date] JUNE 24, 2028, provided that any condemnation proceedings in proc-
 ess at the time of repeal shall not be affected by such repeal.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
