 AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 291 of the laws of 2023, amending the tax law
   relating to the imposition of a hotel and motel tax in the village  of
   Woodbury, in relation to the effectiveness thereof

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 291 of the laws of 2023, amending  the
 tax  law  relating  to  the  imposition  of a hotel and motel tax in the
 village of Woodbury, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed [2] 4 years after such date.
