AN ACT to amend chapter 296 of the laws of 2023 amending the tax law
relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the town of DeWitt,
in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 296 of the laws of 2023 amending the
tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the town of
DeWitt, is amended to read as follows:
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
deemed repealed September 1, [2025] 2027.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
