AN ACT to repeal section 3372 of the public health law, relating to
practitioner patient reporting
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3372 of the public health law is REPEALED.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
