AN ACT to repeal section 17-140 of the election law relating furnishing
money or entertainment to induce attendance at polls
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 17-140 of the election law is REPEALED.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
