AN ACT amending chapter 534 of the laws of 1993, amending the education
law relating to physical therapy assistants, in relation to the effec-
tiveness thereof
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 534 of the laws of 1993, amending the
education law relating to physical therapy assistants, as amended by
chapter 281 of the laws of 2022, is amended to read as follows:
§ 2. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall
have become a law and shall remain in effect until June 30, [2026] 2030
on which date it shall be repealed.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
