An Act amending the appropriations act for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2026, P.L.2025, c.74.

Be It
Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of
the State of New Jersey:

1.    The following
appropriation made in section 1 of P.L.2025, c.74 is amended to read as
follows:

2.    This act shall take
effect immediately.

STATEMENT

The bill amends the FY2026
appropriations act to reassign the $500,000 appropriated to the City of Camden
for Capital Projects to Parkside Business & Community in Partnership, a
501(c)(3) non-profit organization local to Camden which integrates commercial
revitalization, housing, and quality-of-life initiatives to restore, rather
than replace, the neighborhood of Parkside in the City of Camden.
