AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF
MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 550 LOCATED IN LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE
"LAMAR SMITH MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI
HIGHWAY 46 LOCATED IN WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "JOE EDDIE
LOFTON MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF INTERSTATE 20 FRONTAGE
ROAD LOCATED IN JACKSON, HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "GURU TEGH
BAHADUR JI MARG ROAD"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 322
LOCATED IN QUITMAN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "JAMES 'JIMMY' CLARK

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "STAFF SERGEANT MICHAEL ALAN GREER
MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 6 LOCATED
IN PANOLA COUNTY AND LAFAYETTE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "ROBERT H.
'BOB' DUNLAP MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI
HIGHWAY 336 IN THAXTON, PONTOTOC COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "O'NEIL
WARREN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY
490 IN WINSTON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "ROBERT MOODY, JR., MEMORIAL
HIGHWAY"; TO DESIGNATE THE BRIDGE ON U.S. HIGHWAY 61 THAT SPANS LIBERTY
ROAD IN NATCHEZ, ADAMS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "LARRY L. 'BUTCH' BROWN,
SR., MEMORIAL BRIDGE"; TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 19 IN
MERIDIAN, LAUDERDALE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "'MISS POLLY' GLOVER
HEIDELBERG BOULEVARD"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE
LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1.  (1)
The segment of Mississippi Highway 550 located in Lincoln County, Mississippi,
commencing at its intersection with Caseyville Road and extending west for a
distance of approximately one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known as the
"Lamar Smith Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 2.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 46 located in Webster County,
Mississippi, commencing at the Webster County line and extending westerly for a
distance of approximately one (1) mile toward the Village of Mantee, Webster
County, Mississippi, and terminating at its intersection with Main Street, is
designated and shall be known as the "Joe Eddie Lofton Memorial
Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 3.
(1)  The segment of Interstate 20 Frontage Road located in Hinds County,
Mississippi, in the City of Jackson, commencing at its intersection with East
McDowell Road and extending north and east for a distance of approximately one
(1) mile to its intersection with South Gallatin Street, is designated and
shall be known as the "Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Marg
Road."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 4.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 322 located in Quitman County,
Mississippi, commencing at its intersection with Black Road and extending east
for a distance of approximately one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known
as the "James 'Jimmy' Clark Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 5.
(1)  A segment of Mississippi Highway 16 located in Kemper County, Mississippi,
the specification of its points of commencement and terminus to be determined
by the Kemper County Board of Supervisors and thereafter communicated to the
Mississippi Department of Transportation, such segment extending a distance of
one (1) mile, shall be designated and known as the "Samuel Tisdale, Sr.,
Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION
6.  (1)  A segment of Mississippi Highway 19 located in Neshoba County,
Mississippi, the specification of its points of commencement and terminus to be
determined by the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors and thereafter
communicated to the Mississippi Department of Transportation, such segment
extending a distance of one (1) mile, shall be designated and known as the
"Dustin Pope Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 7.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 19 located in Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, commencing at a point approximately three hundred (300) feet north
of its intersection with Water Valley Road and extending north for a distance
of one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant
Michael Alan Greer Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 8.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 6 located in Panola County,
Mississippi, and Lafayette County, Mississippi, commencing at a point one-half
(1/2) mile west of the Panola/Lafayette County line and extending east for a
distance of one (1) mile to a point one-half (1/2) mile east of the
Panola/Lafayette County line, is designated and shall be known as the
"Robert H. 'Bob' Dunlap Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 9.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 336 located in Pontotoc County,
Mississippi, in the Town of Thaxton, commencing at its intersection with Hunter
Road and extending east for a distance of one (1) mile, is designated and shall
be known as the "O'Neil Warren Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 10.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 490 located in Winston County,
Mississippi, commencing at its intersection with Mississippi Highway 397 and
extending east for a distance of one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known
as the "Robert Moody, Jr., Memorial Highway."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 11.
(1)  The bridge on U.S. Highway 61 that spans Liberty Road in Natchez, Adams
County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the "Larry L.
'Butch' Brown, Sr., Memorial Bridge."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain an appropriate plaque at
each end of the bridge, and suitable markers along and approaching the bridge,
described in subsection (1) of this section.

SECTION 12.
(1)  The segment of Mississippi Highway 19 located in Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, in the City of Meridian, commencing at its intersection with U.S.
Highway 11 Frontage Road and extending north for a distance of approximately
one (1) mile to its intersection with 8th Street, is designated and shall be
known as the "'Miss Polly' Glover Heidelberg Boulevard."

(2)  The Mississippi
Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along
and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this
section.

SECTION 13.  This act
shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2026.
