Requiring that a holder of a Class 8 farm brewery license engage in certain agritourism activity; altering certain standards and requirements for food service under a Class 8 farm brewery license; providing an exception to a prohibition against issuing an alcoholic beverages license for a premises that does not comply with local zoning laws; and providing that the Executive Director of the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission has exclusive regulatory authority over the operation of a Class
