Requiring the Department of Information Technology to post on its website the Statewide Information Technology Master Plan within 1 year after the date the Governor is inaugurated in each gubernatorial term; requiring the Secretary of Information Technology to notify the Governor and certain committees of the General Assembly if the plan is delayed; and requiring the Secretary to provide an annual briefing to the General Assembly on implementation of the plan, changes to the plan, and deployment
