Requiring the University of Maryland, College Park, with assistance from the Department of Human Services, to conduct a feasibility study for establishing and operating the Supporting Our Caregiver Infrastructure Program; and requiring the University of Maryland, College Park, to submit a final report of its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to certain committees of the General Assembly by July 1, 2028.
