Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 17 the following section:- Section 18. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any school age child with a disability shall not be precluded from participating in any school-sponsored interscholastic athletic or extracurricular activity.
