Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (e) the following subsection:- (f) Subsection (e) shall not apply to a public utility company or other company during the course of an employee strike or lockout except during the period of a declared emergency by the governor.
