SECTION 1. Clause (ii) of subsection (b) of section 267 of chapter 112 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “controlled substance or prescription drug under chapter 94C” and by inserting in place thereof the words:- Schedule I-V controlled substance. SECTION 2. Clause (iv) of subsection (a) of section 268 of said chapter 112 is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “equivalent”, the following words:- state exam that existed prior to 1987. SECTION 3. Subsection (c) of section 269 of said chapter 112, as so inserted, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “board”, the following words:- or a state exam that existed prior to 1987.
