Section 53F3/4 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 7, the word “appropriated” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- expended by the board, commission, committee, head of department or officer designated by the issuing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 166A, without further appropriation.
