Section 10 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after subsection (a)(6), the following subsection:- “ (7) Refuse to provide payroll deduction for membership dues as authorized by employees represented by the Exclusive Representative.”
